Who We Are
DRTC promotes a disability-inclusive workforce, connecting people with employment opportunities in the Oklahoma City metro that fit their skills and interests.
With offices across the state, DRTC trains or employs approximately 1,000 people with disabilities per year.
In addition to community employment opportunities, DRTC operates the following programs and divisions:
Employment Services -- Award-winning program that assists people with disabilities to obtain and maintain community employment. Job Coaches work with employees to learn the job, at no cost to the employer, and eventually fades from the site as the worker becomes skilled at his/her job.
Federal contracts -- DRTC holds contracts with federal entities, including Tinker Air Force Base., Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center at FAA, and federal buildings in downtown OKC.
Mobile Workforce -- Participants receive paid vocational training and visit various work sites completing projects alongside a trained DRTC supervisor.
DRTC Awards -- Employees craft custom trophies and awards, and buff and polish acrylic awards. Both wholesale and retail customers are welcomed with DRTC’s one-of-a-kind service.
Production Center -- DRTC can provide assembly, fulfillment, mailing, prep, labeling, packaging, folding and pre-staging services.
