Positive Tomorrows

We’re on a mission to educate homeless children and their families to break the cycle of poverty. As the only private school in America devoted solely to educating homeless children, we’re leading the charge in developing a comprehensive educational system built to bring students up to grade level academically and socially, so they can successfully rejoin the public school system.

Our work focuses on three areas: reducing barriers, supporting families, and providing a robust education. Those three objectives lead to students who are equipped and empowered to break inter-generational cycles of poverty and homelessness.

For our students, their time at Positive Tomorrows is a chance to see they are not alone in facing the challenges of homelessness. All of their peers are also homeless, fostering an environment of understanding that can’t be matched in a traditional public school system. We’ve developed a three-fold approach to tackling those unique challenges.
