TARC

TARC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to ensuring a high quality of life for Oklahomans with developmental disabilities and their families through education, empowerment, support and advocacy.

TARC is a network of programs and services that provide education, advocacy and support to empower people with developmental disabilities and their families to secure the supports they need and maximize the quality of their lives. These programs are designed to provide this support through all stages of life beginning with parental support for children diagnosed with developmental disabilities followed by age-appropriate support groups and self-advocacy mentoring throughout their lives.
