Who We Are

Our mission is to build community resiliency across Oklahoma by providing hope to disaster survivors in Long Term Recovery through: project and volunteer management servicing home repair needs; awareness and advocacy; and by offering preparedness and mitigation services to vulnerable populations. Our vision is to serve the last disaster survivor just as the first disaster survivor was served.

What We Do

We serve volunteers that want to help make homes home again for disaster survivors with no means of recovery on their own.  Normal volunteer hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Typical length of time to repair a home is one week.

We offer services to include project management, where a skilled and knowledgeable manager delivers tools and materials to a project site and works along side the volunteer team to ensure their success in the task.  We provide volunteer management where we will help your team identify the best project for your skill level and also coordinate lodging for your team near the home.  We also provide training through our Vocational Training Apprenticeship Program in partnership with Career Tech and WorkForce where unemployed individuals learn construction skills while repairing a disaster survivors home.

Our home recovery work can include roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, flooring, and more as needed to make the home safe, secure, and functional once again.

We work with numerous disaster organizations in a collaborative effort to bring the most effective and efficient services to disaster survivors across the state.
