Event Overview
Location: Myriad Gardens
301 West Reno Avenue

Volunteer Schedule & Duties including but not limited to the following:
6:45am
Set-up (about 10 people)
7:15am
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE for event run-down
7:45am (Registration for Walkers begins at 8:00am)
Parking Lot & Direction Guides
Welcome Crew
Check-In & Registration
Wish Kid Check-In
Incentives Table
Donation & Raffle Table
Food & Drinks Table
Activity Management (character meet & greets, crafts, photobooth, face painting)
9:00
Path Cheerleaders (bring a team to do this together!)
After the program, the Walk begins!
Clean Up Crew (ALL Volunteers) We must have the area clear by 10am.
Attire:
Athletic/casual - this is a family-friendly event. Keep the weather in mind, as it may be a chilly morning! I recommend blue or gray if you do not have a Make-A-Wish shirt.
