Classroom Buddies

Spend your afternoon engaging with babies and toddlers! Classroom Buddies support an enriching early learning environment. In just one shift, you'll make an impact that lasts a lifetime! Become a Classroom Buddy and make a difference for babies, toddlers, and teachers! Classroom Buddies assist teaching staff during the post-nap transition from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Activities can include: Reading to babies and toddlers Having afternoon snack with children and teachers Activity prep: making copies, cut-outs, etc. Transitioning from naptime Assisting teachers with clean up Be sure to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and footwear. Cell phones should be on silent and out of sight of children while in the classroom.
