While CHG is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, we’ve kept our operation here in Oklahoma. It’s where we were founded and we’re proud of our Midwest roots. Our parent company, CHG Healthcare, established the Making a Difference Foundation in 2016. Foundation Medical Staffing connects dialysis and home health professionals with opportunities to make a difference. We opened our doors in 1999, and in 2005, we joined CHG Healthcare Services, which provides comprehensive healthcare staffing in all 50 states.
