Bristol Hospice

Bristol Hospice provides care directly, serving as teachers, enabling the family to care for their loved one in their setting of choice. Our hospice team will come to you wherever you call home. For some "home" may be a house or apartment. For others it may be so form of extended care facility, such as a nursing home or assisted living facility.

We rely on volunteers to provide an array of support services to patients and their families not only while they are on hospice, but for aftercare as well. Volunteers help our patients to make every day a better day and give patients a moment of normalcy in the midst of what might otherwise be a stressful time.
