Fed UP Rally Job Descriptions
Setup/Teardown (4-6)- Help set up tables, chairs, and stage equipment as necessary. Aid vendors with electricity if needed. (All cords must be covered and not in walk way to avoid trip hazards.
Parking Volunteers (2-3)- Help people find parking areas and ease traffic issues. Block off areas where there is no parking.
Hospitality Volunteers (4)- Help vendors find where their tables are located, check on vendors for anything they might need, and help participants with any necessary information like bathroom locations, water station, dove decorating table etc. Help speakers find seats and time schedule of speakers.
Dove Station (2)- Help participants decorate doves and place doves on stick for walk around capital. Keep area as clean as possible.
Shoe Tags (2)- help participants fill out shoe tags, place on shoes, and take to North Side of capital steps. Get with Kelly
Volunteer/Vendor Station (2-3)- check in volunteers as they come in and provide them with their tasks. Check Vendors in and connect them with a hospitality volunteer to take them to their assigned vendor table.
Crowd (10+)- Mingle with vendors, speakers, and participants. Do chants to build excitement among crowd.
