LUNG FORCE is a national movement aimed at uniting women against the #1 cancer killer of women: lung cancer. With a focus on education and research for earlier detection and more personalized treatments, we work to address the rise of lung cancer death rates in women which has more than doubled over the past 35 years.
On June 18th, we will host our first LUNG FORCE Walk in Oklahoma City at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. The walk is will not be the main focus of this huge event, we will also have several booths offering information and education on related topics.
We are looking for committed volunteers to help with this day of awareness, so put on your turquoise and join the force!
