Oklahoma Humanities will be hosting Curiosity Fest on October 20th and we are in need of volunteers:
- Welcome Table: Check in patrons and volunteers; give directions, pass out information
- Hospitality: Assist food vendors by making sure area has napkins, plates, possibly bringing out fresh food/water, etc.
- Room Minders: Will direct patrons to appropriate sessions and be available to the presenter for assistance and if they need a runner (ie encounter AV issues, etc. the volunteer will help contact the appropriate person via a contact list)
- Reception Volunteers: Will assist with check in to ensure patrons in those areas have the appropriate tickets/are registered, etc.
- Set Up: Placing tablecloths and signage throughout the building ('heavy lifting' is supposed to be done by Civic staff, but volunteers will be moving around/on their feet)
