The 14th annual Wish Luncheon takes place on Thursday, November 11. This year’s event will bring an exclusive holiday market showcasing local vendors around town, just in time to get all of your shopping done for the season!
Volunteers needed:
Photographer – Make-A-Wish can provide a camera. This volunteer will photograph booths, speakers, and activities throughout the day. Arrival time: 7:30 a.m.
Wish Tree Sales – The Wish Tree will feature different wish types and donation levels. Participants can make a donation in honor of the wishes featured. Volunteers are needed to explain the wish type, give insight to how wonderful wishes can be, and take donations for the wish tree. Training will be provided before and a staff member will be stationed at this area to assist.
Vendor Floater – Float around the Market area to check on vendors. Assist in running any water or needed supplies to each booth. Show guests where their table is if needed.
Holiday Wrapping Station – Are you great at gift wrapping?! This station is for you! We’d love to have your help wrapping up gifts so our guests can take away their purchases ready for the holidays.
Coat Closet & Gift Holder – Assist OKC Golf & Country Staff in organizing coats & holding purchases throughout the event.
Check-In – Assist guests checking in to the event.
