We are thrilled to be back in person for our 2023 Winter Games! The games will take place in Norman, Edmond, and Oklahoma City Metro area on January 12th-14th.
All volunteers are required to submit a Class B Day of Event Volunteer Application and all groups are required to submit a Class B Day of Event Group Volunteers Application. Both of these can be found at this link: https://www.sook.org/get-involved/become-a-volunteer/.
If you are volunteering as a group of five or more please signup under a single user indicating you group size in the quantity area and your group name in the comments section!
LUNCH will be provided for VOLUNTEERS that work all day! If you want to volunteer all day, please choose AM and PM for the same day.
*Number of volunteers are subject to change due to how many athletes register. If a venue, time, or volunteer number changes that you or your group signed up for, you will be notified in advance.*
