The ReMerge Continuing Care program hosts a monthly meeting for graduates of the ReMerge program to fellowship and share a meal together. ReMerge relies on volunteers to help with childcare during these monthly meetings. A ReMerge staff member will be present along with two volunteers to carry out the childcare duties. Volunteers are invited to join in the meal so as to become acquainted with the children and their mothers. After the meal, children are then taken to a child-friendly environment to be cared for while their mothers focus on activities and engage with their peer driven sober support network.
